Oppo A76 4G Launches with 5000mAh Battery and Snapdragon 680 Processor

After several days of speculation, Chinese company Oppo today launched their new Oppo A76 4G smartphone in the Malaysian market. The lower mid-range handset comes with an LCD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 60 chipset, 13-megapixel primary camera sensor and a 5,000 mAh battery. Price of Oppo A7 4G

The Oppo A6 4G phone is priced at 6GB RAM (5GB virtual RAM) + 128GB storage at 799 Malaysian ringgit (approximately Rs. 16,000). The handset is available in the Malaysian market in two color options - Glowing Blue and Glowing Black. The phone will be available on all channels in Malaysia from February 19.

The Oppo A7 4G is expected to launch in the first quarter of this year in other key markets such as the Philippines, Indonesia and India.

Oppo A76 4G Design

The Oppo A7 4G will feature a polycarbonate body with a matte back design. Oppo claims that the rear shell has a fingerprint-resistant matte coating and an IP54 rating for water and dust resistance. This phone measures 264.6 x 75.6 x 6.39 mm and weighs 189 grams. The fingerprint scanner is embedded in the power button on the right side of the phone and the volume button and SIM card slot are on the left side of the device.

Oppo A76 4G Specifications

The Oppo A7 4G phone has a 6.56-inch HD + IPS LCD display. The display offers 69.9% screen-to-body ratio, 90 Hz refresh rate. There is a punch-hole cutout in the upper left corner of the display for selfie cameras.

The Oppo A76 4G is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 80 4G chipset. The chipset is based on TSMC's 8 nanometer node. The device comes with 8GB of physical RAM, 5GB of virtual RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

For photography, the Oppo A76 4G has a dual camera setup on the back panel with a 13-megapixel primary camera sensor and a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor, as well as an 8-megapixel front camera on the front of the phone for selfie video calling. The Oppo A76 4G model runs on Android 11 based ColorOS 11.1 user interface.

Also, for power backup, this Oppo smartphone comes with a 5,000 mAh battery with 33 watt superwock charging support. Oppo claims that the handset will charge from 0 to 50 in 28 minutes.
